Barnes Marketplace has a strong tenant history including retailers such as Old Navy, Mardel’s, Hobby Lobby and Bed, Bath & Beyond that have been thriving in the center since it opened in 2007


Barnes Marketplace offers a great combination of consistent traffic growth, easy road access and located in one of the fastest growing residential areas of Colorado Springs. With two major military installations close by this center, Barnes Marketplace enjoys both local and new traffic any time of the year.
