A team of some of the most notable national architects – including the environmental innovator, William McDonough – have visioneered this sustainable mixed-use building featuring:

• 30,000 s.f. of retail
• 150 leasable one- and two-bedroom residential units
• 250,000 s.f. of Class A office space
• A garden-level public plaza hosting outdoor art, street vendors, native landscaping and the bustling activity of pedestrians

Incorporating state-of-the-art green elements will make the building less taxing on local resources and significantly more efficient than traditional buildings.
