Hello, I'm Fred Veitch
Fred Veitch has been a presence in the community development of Colorado Springs since the early 1970’s.
Graduating from Denver University in 1969 and subsequently moving to Colorado Springs, Fred began his brilliant career as an apartment syndicator. Quickly building his portfolio of apartment units, single family homes, and small commercial properties, Fred made a name for himself in the community.
More than 20 years ago, Fred’s career took him to Nor’wood Development Group. First & Main Town Center was the first major development Fred was charged to work on. Fred’s passion for the First & Main Town Center project was to ensure its ability to flourish as a long-term development. Today, VP of Commercial Development is the role that Fred takes on, developing long-term strategy for Nor’wood as well as serving as the broker of the First & Main Town Center, InterQuest Marketplace, Constitution Place, and Barnes Marketplace properties.
With being a long-time resident of Colorado Springs, Fred has immersed himself into the culture of the city. You might find Fred racing down a mountain on skis or charging up a mountain in one of his race cars. Fred is a board member and multiple time racer of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. He has raced in numerous series and race types over the last forty years. Although at more than 60 years of age Fred is not the youngest racer in any field, his racing experience gives him a competitive edge.
