J.C. Penney to Open at First & Main Town Center in Fall

Nor'wood Development Group and J.C. Penney are proud to announce the commencement of construction of a new free-standing J.C. Penney at the Northwest corner of First & Main Town Center. Construction of the 103,000 sq foot store will begin in December 2006 with opening scheduled for Fall 2007. First & Main is delighted to bring additional fashion offerings to the center.
