Philosophy

Firmly grounded in the wisdom of experience and inspired by the diligence of our staff, Nor'wood is a Colorado Springs-based, community-minded property developer composed of dedicated people with uncompromising integrity and ethics.

Founded on the philosophy that doing well in the present is what's right for the future, Nor'wood is focused on being a forward-thinking ambassador for the land and the people of our home town, Colorado Springs.

At Nor'wood, we are committed to doing the right thing at every step of every project, because we know our actions impact the lives of our owners, employees, our customers, and ultimately our community. It is our goal to approach every project with innovation in mind, and strive to find the correct solution for every situation, even if it is unpopular.

We believe land is a precious and non-renewable resource, and as such demands thoughtful, careful and long-term stewardship. It is our job to protect the land for future Colorado Springs residents. To that end, we always strive to add value to the land entrusted to us. We accomplish this through the planning, development and management of master-planned developments, and by employing the most talented, motivated people available.

Our people are our most valuable asset, and truly are what makes Nor'wood special. We encourage them never to be satisfied with the status quo, and always to exceed our customers' expectations…and their own.
